Vallarta City Tour

See all of the amazing sights that Puerto Vallarta has to offer on this fun-filled full day of sightseeing, shopping, eating, and even some tequila tasting at a local tequila factory.

This fascinating tour starts along the coast of Banderas Bay at the tourism center of Marina Vallarta. This area is home to an array of beautiful vessels at the Yacht Club, residential estates, as well as a world class Golf Course. We’ll stroll along the picturesque avenues along the coast before departing for downtown Puerto Vallarta. After touring the quaint El Pitillal neighborhood, we’ll head to El Malecon, the boardwalk promenade. Be sure to bring your camera to snap keepsake photos along the shore. You’ll want to take a picture of the iconic symbol of Puerto Vallarta the Sea Horse statue. You will then take a guided walking tour of the local historic landmarks and monuments. You’ll see some impressive Spanish colonial style buildings, like the Municipal Palace and La Iglesia de Nuestra Senora de Guadalupe, Vallarta’s most prominent church.

Our English-fluent guides will give you all the local information on the best local shops for great bargains and locally crafted merchandise. After shopping for deals at the flea market, you can enjoy a delicious lunch.

From downtown, we’ll drive south of the Banderas Bay to the residential areas, visiting neighborhoods such as Costa de Oro, Conchas Chinas, and Mirador de los Arcos. We’ll then visit the quaint fishing hamlet of Mismaloya, where you will be amazed by the picturesque beauty of this pristine cove, once used as a filming location for director John Huston´s film, "Night of the Iguana," which starred Richard Burton.

This fun-filled day will conclude with a tour of a tequila factory, where you’ll witness the manufacturing process of tequila and raicilla firsthand. Be sure to sample some our delicious locally produced liquor -- after all, you are on vacation.
